I decided to create a series of posters showcasing the timeless elegance of the Didot font. It’s used for Vogue and has been around since 1784, so I reflected that in my designs by taking a vintage approach that also represents its fashionable uses, drawing inspiration from vintage sewing patterns and magazine layouts. After exploring different designs through type as image, quotes, alphabet showcases, and typographic specimens, I combined my favorites and made a triptych poster.
